I am so happy to have a place to share health and wellbeing information, and insights from the wonderful world of Osteopathy.

Osteopaths have always endeavoured to help an individual find balance in their body through hands on treatment. Treatment plans always acknowledge that people are not just bodies- but an entity of body, mind and spirit.

In my clinic and all my interactions with patients, I am always aiming to help them restore equilibrium in aspects of their lives that may be affecting their ability to live and move pain-free.
